Amazon Hub Counter is a network of staffed pick up points that allows customers to collect their Amazon parcels in-store at a partner location. The service is available at no extra cost to Prime members.
Counter is an assisted pickup service for your Amazon packages. You can pick up your packages from nearby retail locations like convenience stores and pharmacies, adding more choice and convenience for you. You’ll see all available options for your order during checkout.
To place an order for delivery to an Amazon Hub:
- Place an eligible item in your shopping cart and select Proceed to Checkout.
- When choosing a delivery address, select Search for a Pickup Point location near you.
- Search by zip code, address, or landmark.
- Select Ship to this address beside your chosen location.
Amazon Hub Locker is open to all Amazon customers and only accepts Amazon packages. The Apartment Locker is only available to your residents, not open to the public, and accepts packages from anyone.
